Big Sky Tool ReviewsThe trigger is junk. When I squeezed it to start demolition, the hammer went into action for a second or two and then stopped. Squeeze the trigger some more and the hammer would not even respond. A co-worker tried it. He managed to start the hammer by squeezing and releasing the trigger quickly. After a while, even he's too frustrated to give it another try. My Dewalt and Makita reconditioned hammers don't give me these problems. No more Hitachi for me from now on.

Big Sky Tool ReviewsProduct needed to be sent to hitachi because it didnt hammer correctly. Unfortunately, I didnt use it till after the 15 day warranty which requires me to not send it back to your store, but to hitachi.

Big Sky Tool ReviewsThe Demo Hammer was like new when I recieved it. I've used the heck out of it on concrete block and stucco remodeling and it has stood up well. Great price for a professionally reconditioned tool that seems like it will keep on hammering. Plan to use it to remove a ton of vinyl flooring soon...should make life easier.
