Big Sky Tool Reviews
Although i realize i ordered class c, this thing looked like someone tied it to their bumper and dragged it down the street! I have bought quite a few tools from big sky, and this is the first dissapointment. Took it to the first job, got 3/4 through and the p.o.s. died. Left stranded at 3 pm halfway through a 10" hole in a customers wall. That said, i took it to my repair guy and he was able to fix it under warranty.i haven't needed the tool since, so i am not sure of long term performance. Not particuarly thrilled with this purchase. Oh, and I found out the hard way you cant get a live person on the phone when you have an issue. Voicemail loop tells you to email someone and they will get back to you. Shame on you Big Sky Tool! I probably wouldn't be near this frustrated if they would answer the phone and try to be helpful. After many flawless transactions this one stinker has me rethinking my cheap ways
