The drill itself is a wonderful tool. Powerful, beautiful and reliable. I was a bit surprised of the condition of the drill. It was used and scratched up more than I presumed. Although it was a remanufactured drill, it appeared as if it was a "return" by a previous customer. By far, the most "used" remanufactured tool I have ever purchased. It also was missing a chuck key and the common chuck key rubber "holder" usually on the end of the power cord to prevent key loss. On a scale of 1 to 10 - I'd give this purchase a 4. The drill in perfect condition would be a 10, since the design and quality are top-notch in my opinion! Thanks, Brad Pfeifer
