The sander appeared as new and operated as new. Everything that I have purchased---quite a bit---is always first class stuff--no matter "c" or whatever. Had a problem once and it was taken care of "now" and no questions asked. What a great group!!!!!!

Pad was an exact match. Arrived quickly. Crazy that you couldn't tell the difference by touch of the condition of the hooks on the old and new pads, but, the new pad held the paper and the old one didn't. Don't hesitate to buy one of these if you need a replacement pad.

Big Sky Tool Reviews
I needed a replacement Velcro pad for my 5-inch round Hitachi palm sander. I purchased the sander at Lowes and they do not sell any replacement parts. the sander is a very comfortable tool to use and I was really disappointed at the quality of the sales staff at Lowes. They just couldn't be bothered with such a small item to look up. They don't seem to have good resources there. I went to Big Sky and found the pad. They shipped it out right away and I received it within a few days and I'm now sanding up a storm. GOOD GOING GUYS! Oh, but cheap it wasn't. But I can't complain too much because they were so fast. It was less costly than buying a new sander by half. But only by half...
