Product Warranty Information
To view the warranty policy for particular products, please click on the 'Warranty' icon on our product pages. This will allow you to view
the warranty for the manufacturer of the product.
US Order Policy
For products outside of the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer for support. For products that are still within their
warranty period, please contact us for an RMA. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your cost, at which point we will
repair or replace the tool at our discretion and ship the product back to you.
International Order Policy
For international orders, you must contact the Manufacturer to determine the closest Service Facility to which
you can send your product. We cannot service products shipped internationally.
