All orders should be placed online via our website. Moments after placing your order you will receive your order confirmation via the email you provided. Once the order has been processed in shipping you will receive a separate email with the tracking number, thus, a valid email address is required to place your order.
If you would like to place your order over the phone rather than online, you must leave a message or contact customer service with the following information.
- Your Name
- Phone number with a best time to return your call
- Model number of the item(s) you are interested in
- Your email address
A representative will contact you within 48 hours to help place your order and a valid email address is required to place your order.
We do not accept walk-up orders. You must place your order online, and specify "Pickup" as your shipping method.
If you've placed your order for Pickup, please allow us sufficient time to retrieve your order from the warehouse. We recommend you call us first to verify that the order is ready for pickup.
We are located in Georgia, so we're required to collect taxes if you're shipping to a Georgia address. You'll see the amount before you place your order.
Reconditioned tool prices can sometimes fluctuate due to availability from the manufacturer, change in demand for products, sales, special offers, and other reasons. If you order a product at a different price than you later see on the site, we apologize, but we cannot adjust your previous order.
