The impact driver has plenty of power and is very compact and lighweight, well balanced. I was expecting the driver to have some scratches, but I didn't anticipate the batteries looking used, that's the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Works very well so far.

This thing works GREAT! Not that I've had many jobs to do in the short time I've had it, but each time I had to break it out, it worked like a champ! Understand tho, that Grade C looks like a used product because it is a refurbished used product :) ! However, rest assured that it doesn't affect anything aside from your perception of it! The price was simply too good to pass this one by!

I received the impact driver quickly and in excellent condition. There are only minor scratches. I've only used it once, but it appears to be in excellent condition. A good deal all around. I'd buy from Big Sky Tool again.
