It works well as a lantern for finding the campground loo. The LED feature is nice for subdued lighting. I wouldn't want to drop it...good value for the price.

This product rocks! The handle has a nice big hook that adjusts to different positions. It accepts both 18 and 14 volt batteries, and the best part is that when it starts to die, the little emergency l.e.d. comes on so you have enough light that you are not completely in the dark. I really love it for working above the suspended ceilings.
