I'm a hardwood flooring contractor and use my tools to make my living. I was so impressed with the 1st reconditioned hitachi nailer that when I needed to replace another gun I ordered another one. I couldn't tell it apart from a new one. Works great. Also came with a case which was an unexpected bonus.I highly recommend this nailer and Big Sky Tools. Always prompt and great service.

The nailer has been fine, it looked almost new, and I have not had to use the warranty.
I have had serious problems with local service under the Hitachi warranty on another refurbished tool. The one year factory warranty is only as good as your local Hitachi repair shop and mine (ACME Tools) took six weeks to return my tool unrepaired. It is no longer a good deal when you lose the use of the tool for a couple months and have to pay shipping to Hitachi to get it repaired properly.
The only negative with the nailer is that it is not oil free like my 18 gauge brad nailer. But that probably means it is more durable. And the nails have never deflected the way they sometimes do with the 18 gauge. That and the additional holding power are the reason I bought this. Overall, I am very pleased, as I have been initially with all my Big Sky tools purchases. But I am no longer putting much stock in the warranty.

After nailing 25 nails the gun began to "miss" nails!!! I have checked for jams, broken ribbon, etc as advised in the manual and nothing seems to be causing the problem. If you can, please assist with making a warranty claims to Big SKy tool/Hitachi.

This is my third Hitachi nail gun and I have been very pleased with them all. I am in the interior trim and custom cabinet business. I give it 5 stars. The on board air blower is great.

I've had the nailer about a month, but I haven't had an opportunity to use it more than once so far. It's in very good condition for a reconditioned tool, and works very well.

Another amazing deal from Big Sky Tools. Used this last night building a drawer. Ran perfect, not a single jam. Had to learn what air psi and depth adjustment it liked. This has been another great addition to my tool chest. A chest that has greatly expanded with tools in perfect condition at great prices! Love this place.

Great finish nail gun. And for the price you can't beat it. The company is "Johnny on the spot" when it comes to service. I have had a couple of issues with different tools over the last few years and they take care of the problems as quickly as possible.

The Hitachi Finish Nailer is the best out there in my opinion. I have used most all of the top name brand while laying hardwood floors and the Hitachi comes out on top by far. The shipping from Big Sky Tool was super fast as well. Thanks
