I've used most brand name pneumatic nailers over the years but had never used Hitachi and have to say that I was pleasantly surprise by its performance, ergonomics and simplicity all of that at a great price.

Great nailer. Can see why it's so popular. Lightweight, comfortable, well balanced and the blower is more handy than you think. Bought the reconditioned for the first time and would definitely do it again. There were a couple tiny scuffs on both sides of the body as if someone laid it down on concrete. After one full day of gentle outside use I have made it look more "used" than that. Great deal!

It works like a charm. I wish it had a rubberized tip on it to protect the wood. If I wasn't very careful it marked the crown molding I installed with it.
