I have no complaints about your service or the quality of the tools. This was also the first time that your packaging had failed during transit (we lost some nails).
We would like to be able to buy spare parts for some of our tools but there is no provision on you web site for this type of transaction

It works great. Only thing is you can't find the gas cartridges easily. I'm surprised Lowe's doesn't stock them. They carry the Hitachi line.

Had this nailer for a year now and gone through about 4 cases of nails. It performs exactly as I hoped... sure is nice not to have to drag out a compressor and hoses especially on a ladder.

it does not work jams and wont fire the nails i dont use it now at all i did one roof job and thats all i got out of it it is on the shelf in my workshop gathering dust

I still have not used this Framing Nailer a lot, the time i used it it was working great.
The cordless drill DS 14DFL i bought before has sometimes a little problem with the slip/ torque setting. This has been sinds i bought it, This one is used a lot and am very happy with the rest of the performance.

Nailer really works great. We use it when we work on Habitat for Humanity houses and it has never failed in any way. We'll be putting it to use on another Habitat home this Sept. on a home in Gastonia N.C. Thanks again for a great product.

I sent this item back for repair as it did not fire nails on a consistent basis when I received it. Recon. Sales paid for shipping and checked it out but did not not find a problem. The unit still has inconsistent performance which might be the nature of the beast and not a defect. Customer service was very fast, polite and helpful.
