Product was as promised. Great function - very light cosmetic blemishes, better than expected for Grade C. I used it a full day and now its really scratched up. Although these reviews aren't supposed to be for customer service issues - I did have one - and it was resolved quickly and effectively. BST continues to be a great resource for affordable quality tools.

Works perfectly, which I expected as it was reconditioned. I didn't expect it to look as good as it does! I would rate it closer to an A-! I was impressed! Exceptional deal, with great shipping for a reconditioned tool!

Great,Well, I think I may have to send it out for repair. Most likely my fault. I only used it one time. @ the end of that day I saw a sticker on it that said oil daily, so I shot a little oil in it. It has not drove a staple since. Acts like it does not get enough air, but my other air tools work fine and this one did also until I oiled it. Maybe you could tell me how to repair it rather than send it back for repair, Please reply,

Your products and service are very good. I purchase C grade air tools when possible. They may have a few scratches on them but look good. They work as new. I have never received a defective tool . Thank You

It's pretty good stapler for the price fed ex lost order it took forever to get here when I ordered and paid for overnight the hose on this order was supose to be a 100 ft I first received a 50 ft hose I notified you an you sent me a 100 ft hose and return lable to return 50 ft hose thanks for toaking care of issue right a way

I’ve only had it for a few weeks. Kinda a sloppy paint job on it but everything works good, like new, so far. It’s the first staple gun out of the trailer.

The nailer almost looked like new. I haven't used it yet but this is the fourth nailer I've bought here and I have no complaints.

I bought a Stapler with you guys and It was damaged, so I bought another one and it is also damaged, I called you guys and talked to a representative who said that he was gonna take care of the problem.
He said that someone from your company was gonna call me to resolve this problem. It's been about 15 days since I talked to that representative and to this date I'm still waiting for a phone call.
