The M12V2 variable speed router is designed for impressively smooth groove cutting, chamfering, window cutting, trimming, shaping and pattern cutting. It is the ideal router for woodworkers and carpenters who demand precision and reliability.

This router is everything that I expected from Hitachi. Rugged and refined. The depth control is very accurate and simple to use. I use it primarily with my Shopsmith Router table and it was easy to drill the table to handle the router base. The only problem I have encountered is that the depth adjustment extension handle hits the rails of my Shopsmith. I just have to work around that.
