Really nice for a refurb. Hardly tell from new. Love the impact the best. I now have two impacts since I bought this combo. Thinking about buying another when the deal comes around again. Much better, more powerful and lighter than using a conventional drill/driver.

I bought this for my son and it is a duplicate of the one I had for over a year. The impact driver has more than enough torque. We were installing a new door header and framing out a large window. Battery life is great. The screw gun is nice for less demanding work.

I wouldn't be a repeat customer if your service was not up to par or better. I buy Hitachi because of it's reputation. The only snag is Hitachi's policy of not honoring it's world-wide warranty in Australia and and/or the exorbitant prices charged here. And believe it or not the delivery from the US is fast ... bloody fast !!

The screw gun, impact gun & light perform with high marks. The case needs to be more compact as I am a contractor and it does not fit easily fit into my truck tool storage boxes that are built into my truck. That is my only complaint:).
