All of the tools, though "used" show none of the signs of wear that you might expect. I had a small problem with a malfunctioning retainment tab on the battery which was immediately rectified by Bigsky. A fantastic bargain on quality Hitachi tools. I will recommend Bigsky.

Love it so far. Everything seems to work great in the four piece kit. Hoping they get back in stock the matching one piece drill and battery that is sold separately so I can have an extra drill and battery with the kit.

Honestly I haven't used these a ton, but for convenience they get a pretty high score. If I used reciprocating saws professionally this probably wouldn't be the tool for me, but for the occasional project that I need it for it is great. The drill is better than the Craftsman lithium ion I had previously. I wouldn't get rid of my corded circular saw but this one is great for small quick cuts, which I love. The flashlight? It is useless. Why isn't it an LED or something that actually gives off some light?

For the price this was a very good buy. The drill is my favorite, very powerful. The circular saw is EXTREMELY light duty, a few easy cuts is all it will do, but it is convenient when you need it. the sawzall is light to medium duty. I like to use it to cut an occasional framing nail, but for serious demo, you really need a cord. The drill drill is great but the saws are pretty light duty.

I bought the kit mainly for the sawsall and skillsaw , I'm a general contractor and have used hitachi for 5 years . cordless skillsaw I bought 5 years ago still going strong I've got all the 18v lineup except blower and jig saw love recon from big sky because the recon might as well be bran new

Great set of tools. Pretty much brand new even though it was grade A refurbished. Got them for a decent price but failed to verify the battery type and ended up with post batteries. Kinda wish they would phase out those post batteries and continue on with the slide type. Other than the battery type all the tools seem to work great.

Love the tools,but the batteries had issues. Also purchased an impact kit with 2 batteries & charger within a few days of kit purchase. 3 of the four batteries would not hold a charge at all. Contacted big sky on Apr.8 they immediately sent me a shipping label sent 3 batteries back. A few days latter the 4th battery which I thought held a charge, only lasted 2 cut with the circle saw. So contacted Big sky again, they returned the auto acknowledgement,and thats the last I've head from them. I have 5 great tools that I can't use, not happy. I have bought lots of stuff from Bigsky including other cordless tools and couldn't be more satisfied. This one stings a little. I give you a 3 star because all the rest of the time you would get a 5 star from me.

Batteries are terrible, will never purchase another saw that is battery powered again
Reciprocating Saw gets stuck on anything thicker than an inch, circular saw has enough battery to get through about 15-20 heavy cuts, the drill loses grip and starts spinning uncontrollably as if something disconnected within the unit.
Very unhappy with this whole purchase, lesson learned.

I have several Hitachi cordless tools. I own a small handyman services company and I would definitely recommend any Hitachi product. I buy all my cordless tools on line and all are reconditioned. I use (2) manufacturers. The Hitachi products are extremely reliable, competitively priced and excellent quality. I will continue to buy Hitachi.

I was pleased with the order process and received the shipment promptly. However, I was disappointed that the product used the not the slide battery as described. I have other Hitachi tools and wanted this one to use the same battery pack. I consider your advertising to be misleading and will probably not use bigsky again.

best deal i have bought in awhile. all tools worked great, both batteries take a full charge, and the hitachi bag they come in is big enough to carry my other 2 hitachi drills also. wish i would of found this website sooner
