So far the set has been working well. It is replacing a Ryobi Lithium set as they will not service the tools any more. Good weight versus torque, packs charge well when hot but lose charge in low temps(below 10 deg). Will be recommending to co-workers if tools hold up well

Very good deal for the price. Your getting a great drill/sawzail...ok lamp&soft bag carry case...good batteries/charger. All for a little more than 2 new L I Batt's! Cons...My old M/h batteriers work longer between charges(But, L I should have more charge cycles/lifespan). Tools fit sloppy in bag. Light is cheap and will probally break if left in bag. Fan on charger continues to run even after battery is charged (until battery is removed from charger). Not sure what condition/lifespan I will get on the recon batt's. Have 30+ cycles/charges on batts and doing well so far. I don't think you can go wrong for the price. I find Hitchi tools to be a happy medium...Way above junk like royobi/b&d/dewalt but, not crzy $ like bosh/makita ect.

2 years ago I bought this combo, I am not easy on tools and these are still running strong.
Looking at getting an angle grinder next, and I have an air compressor I got last summer that I love. You just can't go wrong with Reconditioned Sales merchandise.

While the drill itself works fine I was very disappointed they way the clips that hold the battery pack in palce both broke off the first time I used it. It did drop a short distance from a step ladder to the floor and must have hit just right snapping off both edges on the main housing for the clips to catch on. I contacted Recon. Sales right away and was first told I could get a new housing, but then was told no. I have used a large plastic tie to keep the battery in place ever since.

Drill and sawzaw is amazingly tough and has great speed/torque. Speed variability with the trigger is superb. Lamp is good too. I've purchased a total of 7 of these drills for various companies/individuals and all of them work great!
