This tool was in fine shape, and I used it to take on a very dense concrete. It is not very heavy and is really a hand tool, so it took its time getting through the concrete. But it did do the job in the long run.

The Drill I received was in excellent condition and was a super deal. I have paid more for a regular type Drill and this one has the Hammer Drill Feature. Should be a great tool when I need to use it. I made the purchase based on price but believe the product will be an excellent investment.

Nice to have a quality tool that will help me with those holes in masonry, stucco, etc. that my standard drill just wouldn't handle. Good power and torque for my household jobs - and at a great price as a "grade c" reconditioned. I just don't mind a couple of little scratches when it arrives as long as it works well. Heck, it's going to get scratched and used anyway!

This is a very capable intermittent-duty corded drill/hammer-drill with a simple and effective handle/depth gauge. It arrived in near-perfect condition in a blow-molded case, ready to use with a 5/32 carbide drill. Hard to find anything "Grade C" about it -- the only deficiencies are the cheap vinyl leash for the chuck key (keeps slipping down the cord), and the cord itself, which is too stiff to coil well and doesn't look very abrasion- or puncture-resistant. Both are easy to replace. If you're using a standard drill on concrete and stucco, you're wasting time and burning bits -- buy this excellent alternative at a great price, and get a "free" standard drill you can keep plugged in at your bench.

Well, a little disappointed. I understand teh drill is reconditioned, however it did not function to OEM specs. The button where your thumb is on the side of the drill handle, the button which you can depress and keep the drill on without squeezing the trigger. After every use of the drill normally, it would seem that side button would get stuck. Annoying. Other than that, good drill, but I would return the drill if it was an easy process due to that button issue. It should have been caught by the QA team after reconditioning.

The drill works great. It was a "Grade C", so it showed some signs of previous use, but is clearly in perfect mechanical shape now after reconditioning. Thanks for offering great products at very reasonable prices. This is my third purchase, and it's been very smooth so far. Thanks

very happy with the product I recieved. Grade C really wasn't an issue for me. I am not a guy that wipes his tools down after every use. Hammer drill works like new, cosmetic condition was better than I expected for a Grade C. Would recommend this to anyone
