I e-mailed 2/18/2011 asking about getting 2-eb1812s batteries instead of the eb1820 batteries which was what was supposed to come with it and that is why I ordered it because that is the same batteries that all my drills have asking if they have the same power and charge time and I have never heard back which makes me feel maybe I shouldn't order again since your customer service might be lacking after the sale.
