love it, everything is great and your customer service is next to none. the rubber cap on my light was torn and upon emailing your customer service team, they got a new light out to me immediately even though i asked just for the rubber piece that i would fix myself. i recommend your company to everyone i know that might need tools.

This is my second purchase of the Hitachi DS18DSAL 18V... my first was couple-three years ago with an impact drill that came with full kit. Anyway old drill is a workhorse and never had problems with it and still going strong. This recent purchase the drill looked new and the batteries had a few scratches on it... all work great. One thing I noticed about the 2-3 year old Hitachi batteries they don't keep a full charge any longer, but I think that's the technology of the lithium-ion batteries. The batteries have a short life span of a few years... whether you use the batteries or not.
