Bought this drill as bare tool item (no batteries). Already have a Hitachi impact driver with two batteries, also reconditioned. Both items look and work as if brand new. Love these tools. Will definitely buy more in the future...

I have 3 of these. One never worked but you sent me a part to fix it, but I asked for the wrong part, unfortunately. The other 2 I've had for years and use them every day and they are wonderful! That's why I bought these two. I figure that I have the extra set of batteries from the one that doesn't work and if the other two ever wear out...well.
