It's already starting to give me problems, unfortunately. I'm not sure what the standards for "reconditioned" power tools are, but I was hoping for a little longer before I started having issues with it. I rely on this tool to do my job every day, so having it start to hesitate or slip in the middle of a task is quite frustrating.

The Hitachi cordless screwdriver works very well and is much handier than the large ones.
The light weight is great for my elderly hands. The rocker type ON switch is much handier to use than the push through pin and trigger arrangement. I"m delighted with it.

The drill is great, use it every day in a service enviroment. Had a problem with the switch but it was covered under warranty and I don't have any complaints. I intend on getting another soon

I love this item! I use it every day. I am an electrician and the Torque adjustment lets me go from driving in screws (strong for it's size) to putting on plates without breaking them. Lithium ion battery has very long life. Slim design fits in back pocket. Highly recommended!

It's a great screwdriver for panel wiring. Just the right rpm. I've built many panels since I bought the driver and have had no problems or complaints. Still using the original batteries that came with the kit.

Great product, but it's already been back on the shop. The good news it they fixed it for free. The bad news is I had to waste time and effort to get it repaired and I had to purchase another product to use while this one was in the shop. When it works it's great, it's when it's broken that it's a zero.

I purchased this driver to replace an older Milwaukee stick driver that I had had for several years. This unit has much more power and torque and the Lithium Ion battery is great because it holds a charge for a long time even when the tool sits idle. This was not the case with the Milwaukee which would often be dead when I needed it.

Works so good my significant other aquired it out of my toolbox. She professionally installs business phone systems. She has to keep an eye on it, she has caught her coworkers with it several times. It is a very popular tool.

Surprisingly strong with a very long lasting battery this cordless screwdriver delivers a lot of bang for your buck. Also the light is a nice feature when working in tight spaces. I work with tools for a living and I really like this product-it gets in areas that my larger cordless drills cannot. Also,very light -so easy to use for extended periods of time.

Used this daily for a year and 3 months, no problems, batteries are still good. Since have replaced it with another reconditioned unit because the foward/reverse switch started not always making a connection; did flush the switch with alcohol and so far that has restored the operation.
