I have used it twice on jobs as of now, and it has worked very well. I am a professional carpenter currently do rehab work, and it has been well worth the price. I intend to purchase more tools as needed from Big Sky

Review of D10VF 3/8” corded drill: The drill I use most is a high torque, 3 speed 14.4v unit. But a battery driven drill can not meet all my needs. I find the D10VF to be an out standing corded drill. It has very good ergonomics and solid design features (the long cord is great). For a hand held 3/8” drill the power is out standing. I prefer the keyed industrial chuck on this type of drill. The D10VF replaced an old but very good commercial type drill. It has done very well indeed. As for the issue of using a corded drill versus a battery drill. I find the issue of cord management and power, apposed to multiple batteries and recharging to be nearly an equal trade off. If I am not working in the field. I prefer a good corded drill, and this is it!

The Drill was a good value and it has more then enough power to do the jobs I use it for. I could have used the side handle on it because of the torque of the drill. It is the best drill I have especially when the battery on my other drill is on the charger.
