I was debating on what brand to get. Hitachi had a 4 year factory warranty I thought I'd give it a try. I've used it now for 2 months cutting wood underlayment. I cuts faster and cleaner then the old one and no problems.

Well made saw and reconditioned condition is excellent! Have owned high end Bosch jig saws and find that the Hitachi compares favorably in a aspects and is a much better buy!

Good quality,great price, I've been using Hitachi tools for over 10 -12 years and complete lack of problems. That speaks mucho dollars, a lot less stress.

Great product.Cuts easily througheverythig i have done so far.Blade can be hard to put in saw if you don't follow the instructions.Great saw. Would highly recommend this saw
