It was a great product. My only complaint is that I cannot see the laser line in daylight. It only shows in darker settings. I am not sure if that is a refurbished issue or a design issue.

The saw was damaged when it arrived to me. The damage looked to be caused from poor packaging and probably a drop durring shipping. Besides the damage the saw did not appear to be in "Like new" shape as the description said it would be. The tool looked like it had some heavy use on it and a fair amount of wood dust, but could not be tested because of the shipping damage. Big sky tools took care of having the product returned but still took a week after the shipping showed it was received to process request. At this time they determined the remaining saw they had in stock was also not in good enough condition to ship me and therefore gave me my money back which took another week to show up in my account.
I purchased a similar hitachi saw from a local big box store in new condition for not much more money and am very happy with the saw. It makes accurate miters and has no problem cutting anything I have thrown at it. I recommend the saw but do not recommend buying it from BigSkyTool.
