Most outstanding! This the best of all miter saws. Accurate positive locking mechanisms on bevels, any degree.
Just have to learn, easily, to cut on a flat, vs a chop vertical miter.

Decent saw if your not doing any kind of trim work or work that requires your cuts are precise. Not the real C10FSH. This is the Chinese version. Costomer service was very polite and helpful. They tried their best to resolve all the issues I had.

I love the product, but the shipping method was not well thought out. the saw wasn't secured at all and only had very little foam protecting it. More effort in packing please!!!! otherwise i think you guys are awesome!

Great product and customer service. I thought I was shorted a pin, so I called and was sent a replacement the next day. Turns out, it had just came out during shipping and was hidding under a flap in the box. By bad, but your response was proof of your customer care.

Saw performs very well and is a replacement for a ten year old Hitachi saw.
The only thing I don't like is that more parts on it are made of plastic and the tubular slide bars seems to rust quicker.

I would give the product 5 stars. Although some loose items were missing, they were replaced when requested. Box was damaged and they probably fell out some tears in the box. I was surprized there wasn't more damage to the saw. The foam around the saw was very loose inside the box. I've used the saw on several remodeling projects and saw performed great.
