I really enjoy it its everything and more than I hoped for Just like new
Great saw for small jobs. Easily transported from site to site. Cuts great. Nice price
Saw was in excellent condition. Shipping was quick and packaged well. I would not hesitate to purchase any tool from your company again. In fact I will check BigSkyTool first next time.

It does everything that I expected at a price way below a new product.
West Linn, OR
The saw was damaged when it arrived. The lock pin that holds the saw down was drokrn in half and the mount for the safety gaurd was broken at the casting for the attachment screw. I contacted the company and it took almost 2 weeks for a return lable to appear on my computer. I did not get the user name and password I needed to print the label and by then had used the saw to make 4-5 cuts which made the saw used. I was not told that I could not use it without voiding the warrentee. I feel burned by buying this product. It was dropped hard in transit and the hassle of returning it wasn't worth the savings.
Haven't had time to tak it out of the box.

nice saw , can't wait to use it.
Grade A conditioned saw was immaculate. Saw preforms well. For the price it CAN NOT BE BEAT. Forget about Harbor Freight and cheap miters, this one is very high quality. Buy with confidence.
happy valley, OR
It was definitely more beat-up and used than the description of "grade A" reconditioned would lead you to believe. Big Sky says "Grade A tools look almost new. There may only be slight cosmetic blemishes." Mine definitely had more than "slight cosmetic blemishes."
They gave me a partial refund, so I give them 5 stars on customer service. But if I had to do it over again I would have spent a small amount more to get a new tool with a longer warranty.
New Castle, CA
I have not done any serious work with it yet, but am very satisfied especially regarding the weight, my 12 inch Hitachi is 65 pounds so this is great for transporting to job sites.
Nice little saw. Miter adjusts smoothly. Motor sounds strong.
La Habra, CA
I first mounted the saw on my portable work table. I used it to cut 4" plastic type drain pipe, double clamped, and then slowly cut. Wow! it cut through like butter and with absolutely no marks; very clean cut. In addition, I was doing termite repair and used the saw for various cuts; works great. I'm glad I purchased this unit and the other power tools I've purchased from you folks. THANK YOU!
Works great, built a table in one afternoon with this baby. Also a little loud on the motor, but to be expected of reconditioned tools. People who complain should watch youtube videos of how to cut precisely with any miter (laser or not).
Not clean when I got it, out of box onto new carpet, lifted it up again to find sawdust pile. Also didn't have enough oil for various parts. The correct term is refurbished, NOT reconditioned as it took some fine tuning on my part to bring it back to its former glory.
This is not a 12 inch sliding laser guided saw, but it is exactly what I wanted. As a compound miter saw, it is light enough to pick up and move around; it makes exceptional cuts;
and it stores easily in a tight space. It easily cuts through four by fours.
