as for the battery, it is powerful and works great. as for bigsky tools; they are great! they have provided the best customer service I have ever had through an internet sales service. they really do want you to be happy.

This 3.0 Ah battery is worth it. It last much longer than the 1.5 Ah that comes with the drill. I wish I had gotten it sooner.

A little pricey but definitely worth the few extra dollars to get the 3.0ah battery over the 1.5ah. Powers all my Hitachi slide tools. Would like to see this battery offered at an optional price when ordering any slide tool.
