I love the product and condition but I went to Lowes and found a new tool (same model) for the same price, that let me down. Good tool though. If you have never used a impact driver, try one, there's nothing like it. Regardless, sound deal. J Smith

I am very happy with this tool. I also own a 20 volt tool but reach for this most often. Comfortable in the hand and powerful for it's size/weight. Was recieved in like new condition. I see no reason to buy new if recionditioned is available.
