Batteries start out working great, but after a short shelf life they are pretty weak. I purchased two to replace the last pair. The first pair lasted three uses and sat unused for about five month. They were totally dead and would not recharge!! If used a lot they are a good battery.

charger bad right out the box, 30 days later and no replacement, customer service responds by email only ( everybody hates this) after after a few days they get back to you. fist attempt to ship me another charger went to Indianna ( I'm in Va) Last email they were sorry and gonna try again, asked for tracking on this , got no response! ( takes a few days ya know). email CS is the worst
