Walk-in Orders
We do not accept walk-up orders. You must place your order online, and specify "Pickup" as your shipping method.

Pickup Orders
If you've placed your order for Pickup, please allow us sufficient time to retrieve your order from the warehouse. We recommend you call us first to verify that the order is ready for pickup.

We sometimes offer free shipping specials on various products. This offer is valid only for Fedex Ground shipping, and only to the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

We ship Fedex for most items. We allow you to select from any of the Fedex options available. Also, you can pick up your order from our Georgia location. Here is our contact information and hours.

Orders before 12pm ship on the same business day, depending on product availability. Orders after 12pm may not ship until the next business day.

Product Warranty Information
To view the warranty policy for particular products, please click on the 'Warranty' icon on our product pages. This will allow you to view the warranty for the manufacturer of the product.

US Order Policy
For products outside of the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer for support. For products that are still within their warranty period, please contact us for an RMA. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your cost, at which point we will repair or replace the tool at our discretion and ship the product back to you.

International Order Policy
For international orders, you must contact the Manufacturer to determine the closest Service Facility to which you can send your product. We cannot service products shipped internationally.

We are located in Georgia, so we're required to collect taxes if you're shipping to a Georgia address. You'll see the amount before you place your order.

Tools can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full credit minus a 15% restocking fee. Simply contact Customer Service at 866-764-2976 for a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA #) and then ship the product back at your cost to:

Please be sure to include the RMA # both inside and outside the box. We will issue a refund to your credit card within two days of receiving the product and verifying it is in its original condition.

Site Pricing
Reconditioned tool prices can sometimes fluctuate due to availability from the manufacturer, change in demand for products, sales, special offers, and other reasons. If you order a product at a different price than you later see on the site, we apologize, but we cannot adjust your previous order.
