I would be completely happy with your product, if you would have followed up(like you said you would) on solving my small problem. As I've stated in my previous email I received the compressor with a missing plastic handle on the air valve. At first you said that you couldn't do anything about it because it was shipped from Bostitch. Then a week later, you said that you would take care of this small problem, and I was very satisfied. However, as of yet I have not received the replacement part, and it has now been three weeks. If you solve this problem, I would be a very satisfied customer. So at this present time, I cannot recommend your company.

I bought it for a single project to put up 350 feet of crown molding and it performed perfectly. a great product and very well priced.

Haven't had it long enough to put it through any serious testing, but unit arrived in "new" condition, nailers & stapler w/ sample paks of nails and new hose. Tried it out and all worked as it should.

excellent small compressor!! air nailers work great too!! you can't beat the price for compressor and 3 nailers, you would pay more for the compressor alone at lowes. i build log furniture and tried it out the day i got it. works like a champ and saves me from firing up the big unit. bostitch tools are top quality. if you are thinking about buying this package don't hesitate you'll be glad you bought it!!!

I got my Bostitch U/CPACK300 3-Tool & Compressor Combo Kit because I was redoing the bedroom molding & didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. Everything I used worked very well & although I haven't used everything yet I wouldn't have any reservations in getting other reconditioned tools from Big Sky Tool.

Had to return the finish nailer as it failed to work after a couple of hours. Just got the replacement nailer and I have not gotten a chance to try it yet, but it sure does look beat up. Hope it works for more than a c0uple of nail trays, but it sure looks like it has been abused. I would recommend them to someone I did not like but not to a friend.

This unit and the guns works fantastic. Don't know how I ever managed without this. I am finishing my basement little at a time. This has been a godsend. It works great from the first time I plugged it in. The guns are just as described and work great. I've priced this in home depot and would have had to pay hundreds more to buy from them. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a compressor and nail guns.

Great value - I've used each of the tools - staple gun, brad nailer and nail gun - and they are as easy to use and effective as higher priced tools that I've used. a couple of minor parts were cracked. Recon sales referred me to the manufacturer and they fedex'd new parts within a week.

Got a great recon price and was shipped fast! Had a bad regulator on it that leaked. No problem getting the warranty work done at the local service center. Have used the compressor while roofing and to my suprise it kept up perfectly!! Have used only used the 2" brad a few times...seems ok.
