Once you have tried one of Bostitch's new Smart Point tools you will not want another nailer without this feature! Bostitch has redesigned the nose of its nailers in the Smart Point category so that they are much smaller making it very easy to see the exact spot you want to fire the nail. Also with this new design is the reverse action of the safety. Now the safety is activated by pressing the trigger and it pushes the safety into the wood versus it already being extended and you having to push it back to fire. This also clears the line of sight for more accurate placement of the tool.
